On Spiritual Formation Sundays, we’ll engage in a contemplative exercise intended to deepen our formation into Christlikeness/embodied Love. You can expect things like lectio divina, centering prayer, and meditation on scripture. We will usually end with communion and discussion.

This Sunday, Bud & Laura will lead us in two exercises: setting personal and communal intentions.
