In lieu of a traditional Sunday brunch and discussion, we are having our quarterly family meeting. During family meetings we discuss the important topics that arise as we’re all caring for the community. Anyone and everyone is welcome to stay whether you consider yourself a member or not. If there are voting matters brought up, we trust each individual to discern whether or not they should vote.

Usually, a member of the Mending group will facilitate. This is the typical format:

• Grounding Exercise - 5 minutes

• Redistributing Group Share - 15 minutes

• Mending Group Share - 15 minutes

• Break - 10 minutes

• Guiding Group Share - 15 minutes

• Community Share - 15 minutes

• Closing - 5 minutes
