During family meetings we discuss the important topics that arise as we’re all caring for the community. Anyone and everyone is welcome to stay whether you consider yourself a member or not. If there are voting matters brought up, we trust each individual to discern whether or not they should vote.

Usually, a member of the Mending group will facilitate. This is the typical format:

• Grounding Exercise - 5 minutes

• Redistributing Group Share - 15 minutes

• Mending Group Share - 15 minutes

• Break - 10 minutes

• Guiding Group Share - 15 minutes

• Community Share - 15 minutes

• Closing - 5 minutes
