The P3 Cohort is a facilitated container where you can dive deeper with a small group of fellow learners. Guided by licensed psychotherapist, Aline Defiglia, and welcoming of all sexual, spiritual or relational orientations, this is a safe(r) space where we invite curiosity, courage, and ownership of our unique backgrounds and sexual and relational journeys.
Module 3: Living Our Purpose.
Whether it is purity culture or hook up culture, many of us may have questioned these paradigms in our spiritual and embodied journeys. Yet the path toward a healthier sexuality and practice can seem vague and complex within the ecosystem of our unique internal and external world.
In this module, we will explore approaches to a healthy and integrated sexuality from different wisdom lineages such as Judeo-Christian teachings, Sex and Body Positivity, Polyamory or Consensual Non-Monogamy, Kink, Tantra and Neo/Tantra.
Honoring both our external and internal wisdom sources, we will start to chart the path of our own sexual ethic and goals and how to consciously, safely, and joyfully engage in this journey throughout a lifetime.
